These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the The Bay 101 Yacht Tour website (the "Website") operated by Yachttale Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and the yacht tours and other services provided by the Company (the "Services"), as well as the rights and obligations of the Company and users.
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to set out the conditions and procedures for using the Services provided by the Company, and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- “User” means a person who accesses the Website or books or uses the Services.
- “Booker” means a person who books the Services and pays the fee.
- “Passenger” means a person who actually boards the cruise.
- “Sailing” means a single voyage departing at a scheduled departure time.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
- The Company posts these Terms on the Website so that users can easily find them.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate the relevant laws.
- When amending the Terms, the Company will give notice on the Website from 7 days before the effective date, stating the effective date and the reasons for the amendment. If the change is unfavourable to users, notice will be given from 30 days before.
- Amended Terms apply to Services booked on or after the effective date.
Article 4 (Description of the Services)
The Company provides the following Services. Sailing times, fees and conditions of use for each Service follow the information posted on the Website and the booking page.
- Yacht tours: Public Tour (shared with other users) and Private Tour (exclusive use)
- Special sailings: Drone Show, etc.
- Adventure boat tours: Day · Night
- Other services determined by the Company
Article 5 (Booking and Payment)
- Services are booked through the methods set by the Company, such as the Naver Smart Store booking page or by phone.
- A booking is made once payment has been completed.
- The booker must enter accurate information when booking and bears any disadvantage arising from incorrect information.
- The fee applied is the fee posted on the Website and the booking page at the time of booking.
Article 6 (Changes to Bookings)
- The date or time of use may be changed once only, up to 3 days before the date of use, and only where a change is possible.
- If a change is not possible, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Article 7 (Cancellations and Refunds)

2. Adverse weather
- If a sailing cannot operate because of adverse weather announced by the Korea Meteorological Administration (a high seas or typhoon advisory, etc.), the Company will offer a free date change.
- In ordinary rain, sailings operate as normal, and in this case bookings cannot be cancelled or changed.
3. Late arrival for boarding or failure to bring an identity document
If a passenger is unable to board because they did not arrive by the boarding time or did not bring an identity document, the booking cannot be refunded or changed.
4. Cancellation for reasons attributable to the Company
If a sailing cannot operate for reasons attributable to the Company, such as a vessel breakdown, the Company will refund the full amount paid or, if the booker wishes, change the date.
Article 8 (Boarding Rules)
- Passengers must arrive at the Ticket Office with an identity document at least 30 minutes before departure.
- Under the Pleasure Boat and Ferry Business Act (유선 및 도선 사업법), passengers must complete a boarding report and have their identity document checked before boarding. Without an identity document, a passenger is legally unable to board. Minors accompanied by a guardian do not need an identity document.
- For safety, passengers must follow the guidance and instructions of the captain and crew.
- Boarding may be refused where there is a risk to safe operation, for example due to excessive drinking.
- Bringing outside food, pets, etc. is subject to the rules for each Service set out on the Website.
Article 9 (Changes to and Suspension of Sailings)
- For safety, the Company may change the route or time of a sailing, or suspend a sailing, depending on weather and sea conditions, instructions from the relevant authorities, and similar factors.
- Where a sailing is suspended, the matter is handled in accordance with Article 7.
Article 10 (Obligations of the Company)
- The Company complies with the relevant laws and these Terms and endeavours to provide the Services safely and reliably.
- The Company establishes and complies with a Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information.
Article 11 (Obligations of Users)
- Users must not enter false information or misuse another person’s information when booking.
- Users must not damage vessels or facilities, and must compensate for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
- Users must not reproduce, distribute or commercially use the content of the Website without the Company’s consent.
Article 12 (Copyright)
The copyright in the photographs, videos, text, designs and other content posted on the Website belongs to the Company or the lawful rights holder.
Article 13 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company is not liable where it is unable to provide the Services due to force majeure, such as natural disasters.
- The Company is not liable for any damage arising from reasons attributable to the user.
- Passengers are responsible for their own belongings, and the Company is not liable for loss or damage where there is no intent or negligence on the part of the Company.
Article 14 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with the relevant laws; for details, please see the Privacy Policy.
Article 15 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
- The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to any dispute concerning these Terms and the use of the Services.
- If a dispute arises between the Company and a user, both parties will seek to resolve it through consultation in good faith. If consultation fails and legal proceedings are brought, the dispute will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
Addendum
These Terms apply from 1 October 2026.
